Missing from Care

We want to ensure that children rarely go missing and if they do, they return quickly. There are a multi-agency agreed set of procedures for if a child is missing from home or care placement, as well as for children who are subject to a child protection plan. The procedure is replicated below. At the bottom of the page you will find copies of all the forms referred to in the procedure which can be completed electronically and then forwarded as required.
